Coaching can also explore your current ways of thinking and help identify any potentially unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. Coaching is rooted in psychology and differs from other talking therapies which may adopt a more traditional approach of facilitating recovery. Ultimately, coaching is an empowering practice because it is person-centered, it provides a balance of both support and challenge and helps you to make choices that benefit your quality of life. Wellbeing Coaching specifically takes a holistic approach for the mind, body and soul, that considers how well you function and feel, including balancing the basics of sleep, movement, diet and connection. It will support you to:
- Gain insight and understanding of why wellbeing is important
- Understand what wellbeing means to you
- Assess your current state of wellbeing
- Explore what drains and boosts your wellbeing
- Learn what resources you already have
- Provide practices to use to sustain your wellbeing
How Coaching benefits you

I work with people who feel they are able to connect with me, share similar experiences or simply need a safe space to open up and talk about personal challenges. I also advocate mental health and wellbeing for men, supporting individuals who feel trapped by masculine stereotypes and social expectations, and that talking about thoughts and feelings isn’t important or asking for help is embarrassing or shameful. ‘Your Journey’
Holley Clare Coaching ‘Your Journey’ package is designed to support exactly that, put you in the driver’s seat of your life and take you from where you are to where you would like to be. With an approach that is holistic, compassionate and creative, we will work together as a team by starting with considering what is already going well for you and celebrating your personal power. Along the way, we may choose to include self-help tools and activities, as well as explore options and agree manageable steps you can take. As your Coach, I am both cheerleader and challenger, creating a safe environment for sessions which are confidential and non-judgmental. Sessions are delivered in person, over the phone or online which provides flexibility and gives you a choice if you are unable to travel or prefer to talk from the comfort of your own home. If you start coaching and feel it is not the appropriate type of support for you at present, alternative options can be discussed to support your onward journey. Whatever your journey, my aim is to facilitate a transformative experience that you enjoy.
