Coaching is a professional, person-centered practice and should not be construed as psychological counselling or another type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed and any coaching is carried out with the understanding that the client is responsible for their outcome. Coaching will be carried out once a Coaching Agreement has been established.
Coaching can be carried out over the phone, online via Google Meet or in person.
Payment
Payment must be made, via BACS, prior to any coaching service being carried out. This must be done at least 24 hours in advance of a coaching session. Payment details will be provided at the time of establishing a coaching agreement.
Conduct
Re-scheduling or cancellations should be done with at least 24 hours notice otherwise the services will be charged for. Arriving late to coaching sessions will result in only the remainder of the scheduled time being available. Lateness is recorded and if repeated, the Coaching Agreement will be reviewed. For any absences or cancellations without notice, services will be charged for.
Termination
If either Holley Coach Coaching or the Client feels a coaching relationship is not working then the coaching agreement can be terminated. This must be done in writing via e-mail. In the event of there being money owed at the time of cancellation, full payment will be due.
Confidentiality
Anything shared is regarded as confidential. Holley Clare Coaching undertakes not to directly or indirectly disclose or use any information that is shared, unless required to do so by law where there is intent to cause harm to yourself, others or act criminally. Lawful Practice
Holley Clare Coaching maintains professional indemnity insurance and compliance with regard to GDPR and client details. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details of how client information is used.
Products
Holley Clare Coaching products can be purchased either directly in person or via the website. Payment must be made before products can be given.
